I stopped by last night around 7:30 PM and noticed it was pretty busy for a Sunday evening. I parked and pressed the order button, and someone took my order over the speaker fairly quickly. After waiting about 20 minutes and watching other cars come and go, I pressed the button again to check on my order and make sure it hadn’t fallen through the cracks. No response, and the “activated” light disappeared. I waited a couple more minutes and tried again, but still got no response. I had ordered quite a bit, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they might be short-staffed. However, after waiting 30 minutes, my patience was wearing thin. I eventually got out of my car and approached an employee who had just delivered food to a vehicle that arrived well after me. I politely asked if he could check on my order. He apologized and said he would, but then proceeded to follow up with the vehicle next to me twice without ever returning to update me. After waiting an additional 10 minutes with no food and no communication, I finally gave up and left. Thankfully, I was paying cash, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a refund. I completely understand that busy nights and staffing shortages happen, but **45 minutes of waiting with no order, no updates, and no follow-through is unacceptable.** A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Extremely disappointed with the experience and the lack of customer service. Service: 1

Everytime we have come to this location we are always missing food. Tonight we placed a mobile order and then proceeded to sit in a line for an hour and a half only to have all ice cream products that were ordered melted and missing half the food items. Not to mention customer service isnt great and I can't understand what is being said over the intercom. Probably for the best to go to a different location or just wait until dayshift. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I waited 20 mins while picking up a mobile order in one of the stalls, before I called the store and only to find out it's drive-thru pickup only during late night after 12am. But the app did not state that and needs to reflect that policy. That was a complete waste of my time, and I don't believe the staff was to blame for that. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
