It’s was not even a mobile order . The drinks the food was not the issue . Your not understanding that the staff needs help .who ever is a the team lead there needs to steep up . Be more professional . It seems like teenagers are running that place or something . But what a disappointment , yet you are in denial thinking that this type of CUSTOMER SERVICE is ok . Good for you . I’m supieses this has not taken any action . Don’t even bother being apologetic , that is all you have done for the public and we don’t need apologies , just do your job as a manager thank you . First time there and last time . I never had an issue at any other sonic but here . I am not the o my one here leaving these REVIEWS .

This is definitely not the excellent and attentive service we strive for at the Drive-In, Marilyn. We want every interaction to be as great as our food and we’ll make sure it’s reviewed by the appropriate team.

Honestly I never write reviews but damn this sonic has some of the laziest/rude employees. 30 minutes standing up front after ringing the bell is ridiculous. Then seeing employees walk by and hearing sassy remarks about “omg someone else is here” and letting out a loud grunt. Like if you don’t want to work please leave and let someone who does earn their bag. Thought I try to give it a second chance and order a mobile order but it just ended up being cancelled 10 minutes later. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time checking out Sonic Drive-in. Wanted to try one of their shakes.Waited in the drive-thru behind a dozen or so cars. They didn't have ice cream for shakes. Am I at McDonald's? It would be nice if they had a way to inform customers before getting in the drive-thru line.
