We are from out of town and stopped at Sonic to grab a quick lunch, and it was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve had. We first pulled into a drive-up order stall and pressed the button to order. After waiting 10 minutes with no response from anyone, we decided to try the drive-thru instead. There were four cars ahead of us, but every single one eventually left without ordering. We then sat at the drive-thru speaker for another 10 minutes without hearing from anyone. Finally, we pulled up to the window ourselves. After sitting there for a few more minutes, an employee came to the window and asked if we had a mobile pickup order. We explained that we had already been trying to place an order for 30 minutes. She apologized and said they were trying to catch up on drive-up orders. We waited another 10 minutes for someone to come back and take our order, but no one ever did. At that point, we left and went to Zaxby’s instead, where we ordered and had our food within 7 minutes. Sonic lost at least five paying customers today because of the horrible service and unacceptable wait times. Honestly, I’m glad we never order and paid because who knows how much longer we would’ve been waiting for our food. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

We come here quite regularly. As long as you do not order something specific, maybe your order will be correct? It seems the cook doesn't read the tickets. We've been there several times in the past month and just about every time there's something wrong. I have not started to complain until recently. More than three times a horrible experience. And we've been there more than three times in the past 3 weeks. I'm trying to call and have it corrected but no one answers to phone. So I guess not great service. All around. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

This sonic Drive-In truly exceeded my expectations with exceptional service and mouthwatering food. From the moment I pulled into the parking spot, I was greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my order was taken accurately and delivered with speed and efficiency. Now, let's talk about the food – it was nothing short of amazing! Each bite of the burger was juicy and bursting with flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The cherry on top was the refreshing and delicious milkshake, which left me craving for more. Overall, my experience at Sonic Drive-In was exceptional. The outstanding service coupled with the delectable food makes it a must-visit destination for anyone craving a satisfying meal served with a smile.
