Заехал на обеде перекусить, нажал кнопку вызова заказа, но не работал экран, думал переехать на другое место, но вышел парень, принял заказ, быстро приготовили заказ, бургер был очень вкусный, 4 звезды изза не работающего экрана, работник молодец. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This was by far the worst Sonic experience we have ever had. We placed an online order through the app, checked in when we arrived, and the stall screen even displayed "Welcome Rob," confirming that the restaurant knew we were there. After waiting approximately 25 minutes, an employee finally came out and asked if we had ordered anything. I explained that we had placed an online order and provided my name. She said she would check on it and be right back. After waiting another 20 minutes with no update, my wife went to the door to inquire about our order. The manager gave her an attitude and told her to go through the drive-thru because their system was down. When we pulled around to the drive-thru, we were informed that two of the four items we ordered—a cinnamon pretzel and a Cookie Blast—were unavailable. At that point, we had already been waiting for more than 45 minutes, so I requested that the order be canceled and refunded. The manager told me they could not cancel or refund the order because it was placed through the app. Instead of offering any assistance or solution, he was rude, dismissive, and appeared annoyed that we were asking for help. When I asked for a phone number to contact someone, he simply said, "Call the 866 number," waved his hands around, and slammed the drive-thru window shut. The lack of customer service, communication, and professionalism was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the restaurant itself did not appear to be very clean. We left without receiving our food and with no assistance regarding a refund. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning. Ordering thru the app should've made your visit easier, not more frustrating, Rob! We're disappointed to hear about the long wait and lack of service—this isn’t the experience we aim to deliver. DO NOT GO!!!!! ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG, THEY NEVER HAVE ICE CREAM OR MATERIALS FOR THE TYPES OF ICE CREAM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THIS STORE SHOULD BE AN EXAMPLE OF HOW NOT TO RUN AND OPERATE A SONIC DRIVE-IN!!! SHUT IT DOWN OR REPLACE YOUR STAFF! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
