0 if I could. 30 minutes waiting for FOUR DRINKS, a fry and some tots. THIRTY MINUTES!!!! I even buzzed 5 minutes after ordering to confirm with whatever girl was on the headset, she confirmed and said our order would be out SHORTLY. 30 minutes we waited at the stall and then had to pull around to go through the drive-thru to ask about our order. JAKE took no accountability, when we pulled up he said “We are working on it”..working on 2 Gatorades, a Cocoberry, and a dang cookie dough blast?! WTH! Of course I asked what was the hold up and he mentioned they were extremely understaffed. I promise you even if they were understaffed, the foot traffic was not there & there were ZERO cars in the drive thru for him to give me that reason. He followed up with “I promise you it is much better to be waiting then to be working rn”.that does NOT justify the waiting time for FOUR FRICKIN DRINKS OMG! If I didn’t pay already I would’ve left 30 minutes ago when I placed my order. WOW, unbelievable! SONIC please do better at THIS location with how your employees respond. His response was careless and he should not be working the dang window! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! AND THEN OUR TOTS AND FRIES WERE COLD WHICH MEANS IT’S BEEN SITTING AND THEY WERE JUST YAPPING AWAY THE WHILE TIME! I was too upset to even go back I just took this as an L and labeled this location as the BIGGEST SONIC L!!!!!!!! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our server Ashley was so amazing. She gave me a new drink FOR FREE and I actually have to rate it a 10/10. This place is so amazing, and the employees need a raise. Ashley handled a party of like 30 people so well, and her service was so amazing. Thank you Ashley. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sonic Drive-In located at 4302 E Chandler Blvd. Phoenix 85044 Not sure what's going on with this Sonic Drive-In! Used to be my go to spot. I ordered a #1 double smasher burger, medium fries and medium cherry coke. My burger patties were over cooked almost burnt, there was very little sauce and not a whole slice of cheese on it. The soda was all ice and the coke was flat no carbonation. I won't be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3
