After a few visits to soul cafe this review is a fair view of my experiences . Every food item so far that I have purchased has been stale , which is disappointing at the price charged . The way my food was prepared by staff was not hygienic . their registrars are touch screen used by multiple staff . Today I ordered cheese and bacon muffin after taking my order the lady who served me using the touch screen then took my food to heat and add sauce .all of which was done with her bare hands no gloves . Finally the tabes provided every time a use this caffe are alway really dirty with rubbish and dried food stains . All round a food poisoning event in the making Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

When in TCH, often you see yourself having to overcome the fact the food walks bravely thru the realm of inedible things. Soul provided me with an option for a basic, but perfect Ham-Cheese-Tomato on Sourdough, nicely toasted. The staff today was impeccable managing a huge line of hopeless people that are at a place they would rather not be. I couldn't get their names (a smiley Asian fella, a prompt and focused blond and a tall gentle and helpful brunette lady, thank you all) as I preferred to be out of their way as quick and quiet as possible. Prices are ok and expected for a private Cafe at a public space. Atmosphere... Well, it's a hospital, and it's at the brand new area. It's as good as it could be. One unsolicited opinion... It's a hospital, eh? Why not give people more juice options? You don't need to try very hard to do a bit better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $1–20 Vegetarian options: Few options for vegetarian sandwiches and one vegetarian ready meal was available. All sorts of milk-variants, and only a couple of options for juices. Wheelchair accessibility: It's at the new foyer of the Building 5, so here's plenty of space and the floor is as flat and smooth as it could. Perfect choice for wheelchair rockstar riders.
