Just been down to get ma a takeaway and bang the food of the gods. Great portions very tasty ( curry goat with ricen peas with fried dumpling. ) top marks all round well done can't wait for the summer to get a taste of the soul chefs bbq. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20

We visited the Port Arms in Deal for Soul Chefs all you can eat buffet and it didn't disappoint. Well laid out buffet that was continuously topped up with freshly cooked food. I'm not counting how many ribs I ate but it was a lot! The 1 hour time slot given is more than enough to eat way more than you actually need. Would definitely return for another season Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow! Incredible Jamaican food! My boyfriend and I were visiting Deal from London for the weekend. We stumbled across The Port Arms last night and saw the Soul Chef Kitchen menu and decided to have dinner there. The staff were really attentive and our food was delicious, very fresh flavours and perfectly cooked! We were so impressed that we returned today not thinking it could be improved, but they had Jamaican roasts and it surpassed our expectations! My boyfriend had the roast belly pork and I had the stuffed plantain, we were blown away by how amazing both our dishes were plus delicious deserts! Thank you for two wonderful meals, we can't wait to come back! Amazing staff too! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
