Hi Ada Afa, I’m sorry to hear that your experience at Eva’s didn’t meet your expectations; however I would like to set the record straight: …Hi Ada Afa, I’m sorry to hear that your experience at Eva’s didn’t meet your expectations; however I would like to set the record straight: •Our pricing, even after our recent increase this February, still places us in the medium price range in the area and “reasonable” based on our regular customers’ opinion. •Our portion sizes are more on the large side, but every individual has different needs, so to a certain extent it’s a personal thing. •Over 60% of our breakfast menu is vegetarian/vegan and over 50% of our lunch menu would be the same. •We do 3 kinds of soups a day, 2 of them are vegetarian/vegan each day. •The hot water for tea comes from a boiler that has its own built-in water filter, the same applies for the coffee machine.
