I was really disappointed with my experience at South Riding Bar & Grill. The service was slow, communication was lacking, and it felt like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority. We waited much longer than expected, and when we tried to address our concerns, they weren't handled professionally. I understand restaurants can get busy, but a little communication and attentiveness go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet our expectations, and based on this visit, I wouldn't choose to return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and our children and grandchildren have gone to the South Riding Inn for 23 years. And though I rarely give a negative review I have to say that under the new or current management it has gone downhill drastically. They changed the menu leaving off all wine offerings. When asked they will serve red or white no name screw top wine. The service has gone downhill so fast. It's so slow the last time we went, three of us, we got our food individually with 5 to 10 minutes between. My guests had finished their meal before mine ever come out. And when it did the cheese was not melted on top. I have spoken with the manager and asked why the change. She just blew me off as "Yeah, we aren't going to change." After enjoying this neighborhood restaurant for so many years it's sad to see a local restaurant limit who they cater to. It's a big disappointment. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I am so sorry you had this experience, can you let me know what day you visited us, the manager you spoke with and what waiter/waitress you had? We do have some new staff members and they may need some additional training that we are not aware of. We do have a seperate wine list that you should have been giving. Thank you for your feedback.
