Fantastic bubble tea shop with poke options. Their menu is quite vast, and I enjoyed the free samples at the front with winter melon and mango milk tea. I liked seeing the fish for the poke meals as well as the decorative wall design. Got brown sugar milk tea with whole milk, which was delicious. It’s a bonus as they added complimentary water and lemon-infused water at the front when you walk in to the right. Plenty of tables and chairs for seating, along with board games to play. This place is one of my new favorites! My poke bowl was super fresh and flavorful. The boba is really good too, the Butterfly Dragonfruit Peach boba has the perfect sweetness and texture. The vibe is chill and the service is great. Isabella was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a lovely restaurant. The plaza offers plenty of parking, the interior is very clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The staff are kind, courteous, helpful, and efficient. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drinks. I tried a poke bowl to go, and was amazed at the very large assortment of options for toppings as well as sauces. I am so grateful to have this place nearby! My poke bowl was delicious and filling, the portion size is generous. Will definitely return, I'd like to try their drinks as well. I will also recommend Sovereign to my friends and family. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
