Excellent snapper with tamarind sauce and salmon with honey ginger. We ordered also spring rolls and tom ka (coconut soup. For dessert we had mango and sticky rice. Everything was perfect. Reminded us of our dining in Bangkok restaurants! When Rice Box closed I legitimately thought I would be sad forever. But then Spice Thai Bistro came along to heal my broken heart and fill my belly and soul with the best Thai food in NJ. Despite the small location, they pack big flavor into each dish. The Pad Thai and the grilled pork skewers are my personal favorites. The staff are all absolutely wonderful. Seeing Eddie is usually the highlight of my day! This might just be my favorite restaurant of all time, and a big part of that is because it's so evident that every dish is made thoughtfully with love and care every single time.
