Absolutely unacceptable experience. The food we received was a serious health risk. The chicken nuggets were clearly undercooked, with raw meat inside (photo attached), making them completely unsafe to eat. After eating, I became unwell and experienced vomiting and severe stomach pain. The chicken shish kebab was also very poor quality—nothing like described, unexpectedly spicy, and with the wrong sauce. This level of hygiene and food safety is shocking, especially considering the price (£43). This is not just bad food, it’s dangerous. Hi Denisa, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. All food was freshly prepared, cooked properly, and supplied as per the order placed. Your request to add chips was not part of the paid order, however the order was delivered as per what was purchased. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer a partial refund. I used roosters 3years ago and have done ever since. Lovely kebab meat , fresh salad and always gets my order correct. Staff are friendly also. My brother now goes here based on my recommendation. Generous portions also and price very fair compared to others! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
