Awesome restaurant. The staff is very friendly and great, and the food is very good. Different menu for lunch and dinner, portions are very big, pizza is amazingly fresh as it's made in the oven right in front of your eyes, and the nasi goreng is excellent. Staff were very accommodating to adjust the nasi goreng as we liked it, chili on the side or inside, add extra rice, everything we wanted. Drinks are good, lots of options, everything in plastic cups as you are next to the pool, but that is perfectly fine. They also cater food straight to the cabanas or the lounge chairs around the pool, absolutely top notch place. Our favorite restaurant of the resort, for sure. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rp 250,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I made a reservation for my family's trip at the Hard Rock Hotel and decided to celebrate my husband's birthday at Splash Bistro. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday memorable by surprising him with a heartfelt rendition of the birthday song, accompanied by enthusiastic applause. They even prepared a fantastic bass guitar-shaped cake for him. The exceptional service provided by To_day and Arom truly made the birthday celebration extraordinary. We are incredibly grateful for their wonderful service and highly recommend this restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rp 25–50k Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
