I have been debating on whether to even make this review as i dont agree with leaving bad reviews unless absolutely necessary but when i realised spoilt for choice have completely violated data protection rights i think its more than necessary , i received a phone call today from a staff member after ordering from here on a mobile number which is not the contact number for spoilt for choice so they have violated my rights by taking my phone number and using it on a personal phone , the tone of voice i was spoken to in was completely unprofessional and quite disgusting , on the phone call this staff member spoke to me horribly accusing me of stating to just eat that i had not received the full order and that i was given a full refund , this was not the case , i stated the issues with the order to just eat , unfortunately for the childrens meals you cannot just click the drink to state you have an issue , the only option is to click the meal so i did as the drinks for the meals were not received , the 2 bbq sauces i ordered were also missing , i ordered a lemon fanta and received an orange fanta and the “hot” salt and pepper chicken wrap i ordered was cold so i stated these issues via just eat as that is how i ordered , then received an £11.50 refund for the missing items followed by the very unprofessional and not very nice phone call from whoever rang me from the staff in spoilt for choice Meal type: Lunch
