I use to love coming here when it was A&W and i thought it was good for a few year after it became the Spring Arbor cafe. I drove 25 minutes to spring arbor to be extremely disappointed. The waitress first of all told me we dont have sweet tea you will have to use sweet n low. Then gives me the most watered down tea i have ever tasted. The chips and cheese we were given tasted like the scooped shark chedar from a block and melted it. Way too strong of cheese to use. We also got breaded mushrooms which although they were good the waitress was unsure if they carried cocktail sauce. Having several seafood and shrimp items on your menu you would think you would have it. I got the chicken wrap. Chicken was extremely dry and tasted like it had been sitting in an amber pan all day. Whoever chopped the green pepper obviously does not know you should cut the ends off before putting them into a wrap. Friend got mac n cheese made with the same cheese as the chips and shredded cheese on top. The entire restaurant is freezing cold. They were not busy at all there was only 4 tables. Never once was asked how everything tasted, no refills, waitress didnt ask for a to go bag or upsell anything. Terrible service. Terrible food. Such a shame a once great restaurant has turned to shit i give it a year before they close the doors.
