Booked a last minute activity through Klook for the hot springs. The place is nice, the pools were hot and the service was great. They provide towels, slippers and cap. There are a few different pools and the view from the hillside is nice. The hotel provides a free shuttle from the MRT as well. Visit on a weekday to avoid crowds Service: 5

We didn't stay at the resort, but spent a few hours at their hot springs. This was one of my favorite experiences during our visit to Taipei. The facilities and staff were top notch. We took the MRT from Taipei Main and got off at the Beitou MRT station. Spring City Resort offers a free shuttle which was right on time. We arrived at resort after a short 10 minute drive. Upon arrival, the staff checked us in and directed us to their outdoor facilities. We were provided with a basket that contained slippers, a robe, towel and locker key. The locker rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. There were shower stalls for use before and after enjoying the hot springs along with hair dryers, sanitized hair combs, lotion, and q-tips. A clothes spinning machine is also provided to help dry your clothes faster. The springs themselves consists of several small pools ranging in temperatures and features. My personal favorite was the cold pool. The facility is family friendly so children are welcome. Overall a great experience. I cannot wait to visit again! Service: 5

We didn’t stay at the hotel but visited the hot spring pools! This was lovely! We spend around an hour and a half there. They provided towels, slippers, cap and bathrobes. There were 9 pools of different temperature, some with bobbles some with jets. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend. Also very child friendly.
