Wanted to give a huge shout out to Mike who helped me pick out the perfect plants for my landscaping while visiting the greenhouses. I had a few picked out already and he offered to help and was so knowledgeable to the point that I ended up switching everything out in my cart because even though Google told me the plants I had picked were deer resistant, Mike knew they weren’t around here. After showing him photos of the areas I needed to get plants for and my desires to attract hummingbirds and butterflies, Mike walked me through several options, gave me tips on how to maintain, and was so kind through the process. The level of customer service was truly unmatched and I’m so grateful Mike asked if I needed help. I can’t wait to swing back by and show him the results of everything we planted. You’ve got a gem in Mike!

What happened to Spring Creek Gardens? It feels more like a destination/gift shop/ mediocre cafe than a great garden center anymore. I didn't see a single native perennial for sale, this time, and it is the prime time to plant native perennials. Just some 4" fall garden starts and a boatload of overpriced mums. It originally seemed so great that they kept adding to their vision, but now I feel like we've lost some of what originally made Spring Creek Gardens so great. Total bummer. I miss the epic seed room, the native plants everywhere, and the fruit trees. But that's a previous chapter that's gone. It's hard to say you're a garden center anymore without these elements. It's now bougie gifts and wine. Enjoy it, if that's your vibe.
