Love the building and its decor. The room has the wood cabin feel that feels right. The only let down was the bathroom. If only they could do better with the room ventilation as it's not cooling enough. A fan was made available and that was switched on to better create better airflow though it kinda marred the whole wood feel. Service was generally good and cordial. The hotpot was tasty and worthwhile though I think the cabbage is an overkill. Service: 4

Food is great, especially the hotpot. The room is very big and clean and most important the front service staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a great hotel to stay if you were in Nantou
