Spent a few hundred dollars on four cards. They said were unlimited. In the second game my card quit working. The cashier states it is only unlimited with the yellow scanners (this was not stated before. Half the yellow scanners didn’t work. I was willing to pay waterever only the games. They didn’t even try to up sale us! We drove from Branson because we thought is was going to be something different and special.. I understand now why they changed their name. My daughter (13) was so disappointed. A huge waste of time, money and expectations! Apparently the AC wasn’t working because it was hot as heck. They had fans blowing all over the buffet. Don’t bother! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Since we are currently in a heatwave, an indoor arcade, food, and entertainment experience seemed like the perfect choice. There is no signage or notice about the AC being out. No warning at all while being charged well over $100, as if nothing is wrong and you’re supposed to enjoy yourself despite the heatstroke. If you have trouble regulating your temperature due to illness, medication, or anything else, do not go here. The heat was nauseating, and the school cafeteria-style food at the buffet only made it worse. When we asked an employee, we found out that the AC was supposed to be fixed that day, but they discovered it still wasn’t fixed and would have to wait another few days. After reading reviews and hearing from the employee, I can’t understand how any employer would subject their staff and customers to weeks of blazing heat. I have no complaints about the staff because it’s not their fault. They were very polite, and I appreciated their honesty. I’ve experienced heatstroke myself when my workplace’s AC went out. All it takes is one person being slightly dehydrated or having an off day for an ambulance to be called. To upper management: these are human beings. A fan isn’t going to cut it. This place is for families and young children. I couldn’t care less if the food was bad or if it wasn’t as fun as we expected—that’s a risk you take anywhere. However, now knowing and experiencing the conditions your workers have endured, and how you still expect visitors to pay the full price, is disgraceful. Even when the temperature issue is fixed, it won’t change what higher-ups considered acceptable for the sake of making money. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Pizza, baked potato, salad— all gas station level. If you are on any sort of diet, good luck.
