We are pet friendly and love having dogs here, however, at check in every guest with a dog signs a Pet Policy and Agreement form. You are required to provide a cell phone that you can be reached at during your stay. We have a clear policy regarding disruptive, unattended pets. It is unfortunate that your large dogs barked nonstop for several hours, disturbing all other guests in the area. We requested for you to attend to your dogs, as is our policy, and although it was a pet friendly room, all surrounding guests should not be disturbed by your dogs barking. As the area you were in was full of guests, we offered to move you to another area so that you could continue celebrating, but hoping that with no other guest around you, the dogs would calm down and cease barking. Unfortunately, you declined our offer and made a choice to leave. All of our guests are important, and we are sorry that your stay was not positive.

It is unfortunate that the hot water heater for your room went out late at night, however, it was fixed very early in the morning for the remainder of your stay. We understand that hot water is an important part of your stay and we addressed as soon as possible as well as compensation. Our guest comfort is important to us, and we are happy you had a great stay other than this quick incident.
