I recently visited this food trailer and was extremely satisfied with both the food and the service. I tried the Teriyaki Chicken Salad Wrap. The biggest highlight was the ingredients—the accompanying vegetables were exceptionally fresh and clean. The chicken was freshly fried, perfectly hot, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The two staff members (or owners) welcomed me with an enthusiastic, polite, and attentive attitude. Their warm hospitality made ordering a truly pleasant experience. This is a high-quality, healthy food trailer that is definitely worth a visit. I will certainly come back to support them in the future. Highly recommended! I had a teriyaki chicken salad wrap and it was bigger than I thought. I liked everything, especially the vegetable. It tasted fresh. The two young ladies who ran the business were so nice talking with me to make the waiting time seem more quickly. They didn’t speak English but there was no language barrier at all because of their hospitality. They made my short trip in Hikone more memorial even though it was raining all day. I was too hungry to take a picture. I hope I will have another chance to try the salad bowl menu. It looked delicious to me.
