Here is a clearer, more concise version of your review while preserving your point: *** I’ve visited this location several times, and the inconsistency has become hard to overlook. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience felt worth noting. This morning, I ordered a tall Pike. The shift lead was polite and explained it would take some time, but offered an Americano instead since it was available right away. After waiting about eight minutes and hearing several other orders being called, I noticed my name wasn’t on the pickup screen, so I checked on my order. At that point, the two baristas appeared to be engaged in non-work-related conversation. When I asked, they said—somewhat hesitantly—that my order hadn’t been started. *** Would you like this to sound more firm/critical, or more neutral and matter-of-fact? Sources Service: 2

Soooo the guy afterward was really nice but the girl was rude when I asked to remake a drink. Rolling eyes and stuff is reallly not ok in the service industry just saying. I totally understand it’s annoying to be asked and I get it, I was dissapointed too but don’t take it out on the customer Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
