Today I had a horrible experience with the drive-through employee Bri. As I was waiting for my coffee I requested a receipt she turned her back to continue a conversation about her mom! Gossip should be contained to when customers are not in ear shot! I summoned the manager after she denied me a receipt then was given a hand written receipt! I was then given coffee with no sugar not what I requested which was brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with an extra shot! Not sugar free! I always use this Starbucks but service has gone down hill! I am super disappointed and displeased! Please do better Bri and store manager African American with glasses! this is early morning where service should be better! Thank you Ms Chloe for being professional and understanding as I made a complaint about African American manager with glasses and Brie! Today I went through the drive-thru to get my wife her favorite drink" ice shaking oat milk espresso". This is a drink that I get at least 5 to 6 days a week from the Nottingham location. I was very displeased by the drive-thru lady named Bri. She was very unprofessional and she talked about personal matters the whole time with a supervisor not "Chloe"while I was waiting for my drink. This behavior is unacceptable and it doesn't normally take place at this location. Bri advised me she didn't have any receipts and there were no receipts throughout the store. I asked to speak to a manager who was standing next to her (an African American female with glasses) who both seem like they had an attitude when I was asking for a handwritten receipt . I have severe allergies. I love this store and I'm going to continue going there but management needs to talk to their employees in reference to professionalism and how they treat their customers. May it be inside or through the drive-thru. The behavior is unacceptable. This incident took place on 6/8/2026 at approximately 8:15 through 8:40 a.m. Service: 1

I typically love Starbucks, but my experience at this location was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to leave a review. While sitting in the drive-thru line, I witnessed an employee approach the drive-thru worker and repeatedly complain about being sick while asking them to take her shift. The employee working the window appeared visibly uncomfortable, and with a line wrapped around the building, it felt very inappropriate to have that conversation in front of customers—especially while actively preparing food and drinks. On top of that, the quality and consistency of my orders at this location have been frustrating. My drinks are often inconsistent in both temperature and modifications. Whenever I order a cortado, it’s routinely placed in a larger cup because the staff seems unsure of the correct proportions. Overall, the experience has just not met the standard I usually expect from Starbucks.
