Wow. I am sitting here drinking my SB coffee and watching one of the hardest working employees i have ever seen and his name is Dillin. He’s here by himself, on a busy Sunday afternoon, with a splint on his hand and he has yet to get an order wrong or fail to greet each customer with a smile on his face. He is very efficient and fast. I don’t know how he does it. Pretty amazing individual (and, no, I’m not related to him!). Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always tip more than half the price of every drink before they make it. About a month ago, for 3 days straight, they were out of the main ingredient that made the drink. I figured it's not the worker's fault. It's happened several different times. But not enough reason to stop going to the only starbucks in this small town. But a couple of days ago, I walked to the counter, there was no one in line, he was making a drink for a person who was sitting at a table. So NOT busy. At all. First I asked if they had the ingredients for the drink I wanted. He looked at me as if I was a dumb, and said, "Yeah. What can I make for you?" I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch with 1 extra shot. Then I asked for extra caramel and extra crunch and explained to him that I get extra of those ingredients because the extra shot makes the drink a little bitter(it's how I've always ordered it). So he nodded, and said, "No problem. I got you." I paid for the drink. And put cash in the tip jar. As I was driving home, I realized that there was MAYBE 4-5 tiny pieces of the ribbon crunch on top of the whipped cream! And I had to look for it. The good baristas will put the crunch and caramel on the bottom of the drink as well as the top. Especially when you pay for EXTRA!! Not only did he not put extra caramel and crunch, but there was LESS than the NORMAL amount they're supposed to put in it! It's so frustrating, because I spent $15 on that whole transaction! I know it sounds silly to be upset over it. But I don't have a lot of money. I'm usually broke after I pay my bills. So when I treat myself to something once in a while, it just sucks when it comes out wrong. And I know I should have turned around and driven back to the starbucks to complain. But I just wanted to get home after a long day. And not deal with it. But I'm definitely going to start driving to the Starbucks in the next town over. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
