I normally never leave reviews but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I placed a mobile order for the drive thru but when I realized there was a super long line I decided to go in store. When I walked in i lined up and immediately saw the barista taking an older gentlemen'sp order. He seemed to be confused about the cup sizes and she wasn’t much help just stating that the medium was the size of the cup that was just put on the pick up shelf, even after he said he didn’t see the cup she just kept repeating herself, as if that would make him know which cup she’s talking about. She raised her voice at him which is not okay because at the end of the day he's a paying customer . We all know starbucks can be confusing if it’s your first time there. She was not helpful when I told her about my mobile order and after some minutes of me just standing there when the order was already out next to the drive thru window, I had to ask another worker and she was the one that handed the drinks to me. During this she was taking another customers order and when she couldn’t hear him she just kept repeatedly saying speak up and motioning with her hand instead of finding a different way to help the customer. This was an overall uncomfortable experience that left me with little motivation to return to this location. Edit- after looking at the reviews her name is Ashley and I’m not the first person to have an unpleasant experience with her. It’s crazy that starbucks has not done anything to correct her lack of customer service skills. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

AHSLEY IS THE WORST TERRIBLE PERSON SO RUDE FOR NO REASON .. seems like a pretty common occurrence here at this Starbucks time for new managers this lady is a joke! Told me to go throw out my drink it’s not wrong after the other manger said it’s Carmel in the drink when there’s not supposed to be and I’m allergic to Carmel ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just want to say that Elvis that works at Starbucks and is also in charge is a very hard worker with a very nice attitude he has been making my drinks and he is on point every time he is so polite and always make sure you leave happy with your drink he is on his game and deserves recognition for his hard work and very nice attitude love it when he is there keep up your hard work!!
