Really nice Starbucks. I was there first thing in the morning and was immediately struck by how spacious it was. I was also extremely impressed with the service. Michelle helped me, and even first thing in the morning, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and fast. When I was waiting at the counter to ask for a refill, she anticipated my request and already had it ready for me. I was really impressed by that level of customer care and attention to detail. To start, MOST of the staff are genuinely amazing. There is a handful of people at this store who genuinely make my experience when they are there and are the reason I have continued to come back. I have been going here for years, and every single time it’s an issue. If your drink has any kind of modification you can genuinely forget about it ever being correct, if you want extra ice you’re not getting it, if they got your drink wrong you can forget it. As I said, some of the staff is AMAZING and that’s why I am so perplexed as to why this keeps happening to me. I ordered two drinks in venti cups, for the extra ice. I understand I am not getting more drink, i’m not stupid. I want more ice in my damn drink, and I was handed two HALF EMPTY venti cups and given attuide when I asked for ONE of the drinks to actually have the extra ice I requested. Overall just such hit or miss customer service and drink quality would recommend a different location if you want your drink to be worth what you paid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I mean I used to LOVE Starbucks. I would get it everyday since I used to work right next to one. It is absolutely ridiculous the amount of money you are now charging for a tiny little "grande" which is a medium. You can get a way bigger medium at Dunkin and their coffee actually tastes like what it says it's supposed to be now. I just can't give you my business anymore. $7 for a grande Ube toasted coconut something with none of the toasted coconut chips on top. I barely tasted anything. I will not be coming back. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
