My coffee is always ready in a very short time. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and fast. My coffee is consistently delicious, and I love that there is often a little surprise or nice message on my cup that makes me smile and brightens my day. Great service and a wonderful team. Highly recommend this Starbucks! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Me and my sister just did a drive thru and the employee named Zara was really rude to us. She might have a bad day but is not the costumers fault. It was a really bad service talking to us rude and making faces and having an attitude with us. Such a bad experience with the drive thru. Very disappointed. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place urgently needs to train its staff. I’ve been coming here to eat for weeks, but this last time, they really pushed me to my limit; it’s a bunch of college students who don’t know what they’re doing. Not only did Michelle ignore me when I told her I was next in line, but she decided to fill the orders for everyone behind me and leave mine for last because, according to her, an iced lavender matcha was a very difficult drink to make. I have obviously reported the incident to the district manager, and I expect them to take charge of the matter, because customer service training must be a priority—regardless of whether the staff are teenagers or university students. This will certainly be the last time I visit this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
