If i could put negative stars for service i would when someone is rude on multiple occasions its not just someone having a slip up or one off. Miranda the barista that thinks everyone who mobile orders has all the time in the world and runs on her clock. Pretty sure she also thinks we need to consistently know they're running behind and there are drinks ahead of mine despite the location being empty of customers, i mobile order for convenience and get the least human interaction possible just to make it easiest because usually i have 2 kids and a dog with me. She has made two back to back interactions there horrible with her bad attitude and literally just looks for a reason to be ride. When i asked for her name, she felt the need to say “because i had to explain how mobile orders works to you” as if i was an idiot. Personally i love this location and the handful of genuinely kind baristas but that person brings down the entire experience no matter how much i love the rest of the kind staff. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
