I want to say this is some of the best customer service I have ever received in a coffee shop. The person who helped me was named Jennie. I came in and saw the Ube specials going on and my Phillipino coworker is always telling me about Ube so I tried it and LOVED it. My wife wanted me to surprise her with a blended drink and I'm not a huge coffee nerd so I normally just get a caramel macchiato since she loves caramel but Jennie helped me find the perfect caramel drink to surprise my wife and she absolutely adored it. She was an absolute amazing person to talk to and I will always go out of my way to come back to THIS SPECIFIC Starbucks just to receive her 20 out of 10 customer service. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

No offense but they slow, i’m here in the morning why is it taking more than 20 mins to get the order and it ain’t even busy just standing there looking around Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
