Terrible wait times and the girl refused to put caramel on the bottom of the cup for my caramel ribbon crunch! Zero stars for customer service!! not wanting to fix my drink after waiting 15 mins for my drink to begin with and was told how i wanted it before ordering Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good store but bathrooms were dirty and I asked for my drink with oat milk and cold foam, my drink was made with 2% milk and very watery cold foam. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because there was only 3 people up there, but I can only bear a bit of lactose so now I can’t drink it and I left by the time I was able to fully 100% notice. So I went back up and talked to a very nice girl who made me another foam in another cup to replace it but unfortunately it was still watery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Very very very! disappointing experience at this location. I specifically ordered my Frappuccino without the crunch topping, and it was made incorrectly. We were told we could come inside to have it corrected, only to find the lobby locked, forcing us to get back in the drive-thru line and wait again. After all of that, the remade drink was poorly blended, full of ice chunks, and overloaded with cream. Poor service and poor drink quality. This location seriously needs better attention to customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
