I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks because of the way I was treated by a barista named Jocey. After receiving my order, I politely asked for two straws. What should have been a simple and routine request turned into an uncomfortable interaction. Jocey responded with an unprofessional attitude, rolled her eyes, and used inappropriate language in front of customers. I was honestly shocked by the level of disrespect over something so minor. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I understand that customer service can be stressful and that employees have busy shifts, but there is never an excuse for rude behavior, eye-rolling, or foul language directed at customers who are simply making a reasonable request. What bothered me most was not the straws themselves, but the way the situation was handled. The interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it completely changed what should have been a quick and pleasant visit. I have visited many Starbucks locations and generally have positive experiences, which is why this encounter stood out so much. I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional coaching on professionalism, customer service, and respectful communication. Customers should not feel disrespected for asking a simple question or making a basic request. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I am hesitant to return to this location. I am open to a meeting if possible. Service: 1 Order type: Take out Price per person: $30–40

Ordered Honey Citrus Mint tea and it took over 15 minutes. Drink orders made after me, were getting their orders first. Tried the ask staff but they acted like they couldn't hear me. Terrible! Order type: Take out
