Extremely disappointing. It is worth noting that this all happened at around 7 am, not right before closing, or some weird off hour. This was a standard operating time. I'm sorry for the length of this review but it feels necessary. As a drive thru coffee place, you would think one of the main priorities of this business would be service with kindness. When the system that the business has put in place for the customer to use fails, I expect accommodations to be made for my inconveniences as a customer, not rudeness due to the failure of the employees. A chain establishment should hold themselves to standards of being kind and accommodating, not belittling or dismissive. When my little sister ordered coffee for her and my elderly mother online, the order got dropped from the store's system. the employees, (particularly a woman with a nose ring and brown hair in blunt choppy bangs ) instead of apologizing about the error on their part, was rude enough to almost make my little sister cry, harassing her about what exactly was on her order, and demanding to see the receipt for the order. Since it was on my mothers phone, my sister could not show them immediately. It is worth noting that we have used this service before, and all you need to say is your name and the order, and it goes through. We have /never/ needed to show a receipt or the phone to receive order from this. When this was asked, my sister said they could go home and get the phone and come back, and the employees simply waived it off as "something that would take too much of their time," and gave them the drinks. Unfortunately they got the order wrong, and It took my mother driving all the way out herself and showing her phone as well as explaining what happened to get the right coffee, and they were even rude to my mother about this! And surprisingly enough, it was a /different employee/ who was rude to my mother! A woman with long black hair who was now working inside at the counter, where my mother went to fix the issue. When my mother asked for the employee to be more considerate and treat her with kindness, she simply retorted "you could be more considerate too," Which, again, was something she was saying to someone who was asking for the correct coffee they paid for. At the coffee store. From the person who serves coffee. Using the Coffee Serving App. As someone who is friends with the employees of the other Starbucks in town, and who works in customer service myself?When customers orders drops from my system, it is usually customary to apologize for inconveniences, not verbally harass the customer for daring to use your service. Seriously disappointing. Your job is to serve coffee, and you're gonna throw a fit about it when the system you put in place for customers fails, instead of delivering the service expected of you? Childish and rude. I really hope you don't treat other customers, friends or family like this. As members of the community, we are asking you to do better, or stand aside for someone who will. If you think that being nice to the public is something that is beneath you, than you should probably go where you don't have to do these things, instead of taking out your unwarranted anger on complete strangers who end up being preschool teachers and high school students. If I hear about stuff like this happening again I will come in and talk to the managers about this. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Good starbucks because it is within close proximity to my residential area and is very convenient. Drinks are expensive but delicious and taste great. Parking can be hard and the wait can occasionally be lengthy. All the drinks are vegetarian and it is wheelchair accessible for babushkas. 99/100 A+ Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: No Dietary restrictions: No

I often come here and itś always super congested and crowded here.Most of the baristas here are super friendly and kind.But the man who helped us was really rude and grumpy to us.They also got my order wrong recently =( Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
