Every time I come here all the workers are great. Today is a big deal for my husband. First father's day. And he loves Starbucks. I asked the nice lady at the register if they could write happy first father's day and she took it a step further and made it very decorative. It made him have a huge grin. Thank you Mel!

Went through the drive-thru all I asked for the basic green tea Blended with ice and oat milk and they acted like I asked him to solve a complex math problem then another girl came on the intercom and said they can't do that it has to be matcha and I said I get this all the time it's nothing new it just has too much sugar that's why I need the basic green tea it has a lot less then the other girls like yeah we can do it but it has caffeine in it is that okay I'm like yes and then she's like we can't do it we're not going to blend it it's impossible I told them I get it every other day this is the only one I go to that seems to have a problem I don't care if it's watered down it's fine then she told me that we don't have the equipment to do it and I told her you don't have the equipment to blend ice and tea? Bunch of incompetence and I'm definitely going to go local now because of this ignorant incompetence interaction I even went inside and tried to explain it to them and it was very dirty and they kept on telling me they don't have the equipment for it even though the freaking blenders right there the amount of incompetence and getting lied to is just unsurpassed I don't recommend this place like dude I get it every other day this is like the third time I came to this one first time no problem at all second time problem and third time is it I'm done don't go to these people they're incompetent Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
