“GEORGETOWN DELAWARE LOCATION”. I Visited the store today to pick up an order at the time of my order pick up three people were in the store looking at the wall talking. I stood at the counter for several seconds finally, the three people walked up to the register they were greeted and asked what would they like to order the three people looked over at me because they knew I was already standing there waiting I expressed to the young lady that I was next and there to pick up an order she told me to wait and began asking them what they wanted to order. I kindly interrupted and said I was there to pick up an order She ignored me. I went around the corner, sat my keys on the counter and told the young lady and gentlemen in front of me I am going to report this to corporate. The young man said maybe she didn’t see you and I told him the three customer standing there had already acknowledged to her that I was there first. . After calling Customer Service three times and telling them what happened and they hung up on me and not being able to find a good number to make my complaint I will put my complaint on here I would like to add I am African-American and those three people definitely did not look like me. Hello Starbucks will y’all pick up your customer Service call now will you take my complaint now I would not be pressing the issue. If my complaint could’ve been heard the first phone call I made. I’m not sure where Customer Service is located but all three calls. Each person had a heavy accent and didn’t seem to care as well, they each let me explain my story I get halfway through and they disconnect me. Keep up the good work Starbucks y’all still haven’t learned about mistreatment of customers. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other
