I pay $7.11 every day for my drink. Today they decided to charge an extra $1.50 (roughly) for my whip cream they put on every day. When I asked about it he told me that's the way it is. So I left and won't be back. Way to go on customer service. There's more coffee shops in town. Food: 1 Service: 1

Walked in: no acknowledgment, no greeting, no service. Management failure. Eventually, I drove a mile north to The Lakehouse & The Table, where staff greeted and served me cappuccino. Service: 1

Stopped by the Grove Starbucks and left wondering if I accidentally walked into the friendliest place in town. Even with a line, the store was clean, organized, and moving fast. Torah, Marissa, and Kelsey deserve a standing ovation (or at least a free coffee). They were juggling drinks, taking orders, and keeping the line moving like pros — all while smiling and somehow staying cheerful. I don’t know what they’re putting in the espresso, but their good attitudes might be stronger than the caffeine. My drink was perfect, my order was right, and I left in a better mood than when I walked in. If customer service were an Olympic sport, this crew would be bringing home gold for Grove. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
