I've only had about 4 experiences at a Starbucks and personally I feel it's super overrated and very expensive, But to each their own Price per person: $10–20

5-Star Review I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Starbucks and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The store was clean, organized, and running smoothly, even during a busy time. A special shoutout goes to Molly, who truly made my visit exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional while helping customers. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness stood out right away. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and cares about making each customer’s experience a great one. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the quality of the coffee was excellent. Even with a line of customers, Molly remained upbeat and attentive, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and it deserves recognition. Thank you, Molly, and the entire Starbucks team for your hard work and dedication. Experiences like this are why I continue to choose Starbucks whenever I’m on the road. Went into Starbucks yesterday (05/08/2026) for my usual drink and there was a small mix-up with my order. Jenelle (I may be misspelling her name) immediately stepped in with such a kind, can-do attitude. Even after I said I would keep the drink, she insisted on fixing it, let me keep the original so it wouldn’t go to waste, and even added a small gift card. The little “Happy Friday” written on my corrected drink truly made my morning. Exceptional customer service, immediate assistance, and genuine kindness like this deserve recognition. Thank you for turning such a small moment into such a positive start to my Friday! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
