I been coming here 3-4 days in a row. Sometimes 2 times a day. I normally get a small drink. Today I decided I’d get the venti. When I was handed my drink i looked at it thinking it didn’t look right. But I’m on my lunch break so just left with it. Take a few sips and instantly my stomach is upset. I have time so I stop back by to get them to make me something else. Starbucks everywhere will remake your drink. They tell me I can buy another drink per the manager Staci. Like literally the cup was still full. If you don’t like your drink they will remake it or give you something else always . Corporate doesn’t care about the cost of one drink. You take care of your customers that’s what brings them back. Needless to say I won’t go back there. Customer service was very much so lacking. Never experienced this at any Starbucks. I was just there yesterday tried a new drink, the guy said if you don’t like it let me know I’ll make u something else. Super disappointed. I wished there was a way to se ur drink before u pay .,and if it looks like shit just drive away! One day they r so red and sweet they could have been watered down and turned into like 12 more drinks, so much sugar in them . And next day I get literally this bullshit water instead of my drinks I buy 5 or 6 so imagine that’s 70$ dollars down the drain. Come on be a franchise, Congruent , monotonous. Repetitive, reliably consistent train ur dam kids! I mean employees it’s like it depends what mood they r on. Jesus please help them see the light Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70
