The customer service is insane. Also, how do you work at Starbucks and not know what breve is ? We ordered two breve lattes with SF vanilla and didn’t get the vanilla. We took the drinks back to the counter and were told we’d have to pay once again for the syrup just for them to open the tops of our cups and pour syrup in. I’ve never had to pay for my drink to be fixed. 0/10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I accidentally placed my order at the Waikiki location after tapping “nearby” on the Starbucks app, but they went above and beyond to take care of me. This is what great customer service truly feels like! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
