Outstanding staff on a Sunday afternoon. As a delivery driver we just efficient kind employees. They out did themselves including offering cold water on a hot sunny. Thanks !!!

I don’t like putting negative reviews out like this however I didn’t have a very kind experience today. I come here quite often and I love all of the employees here, however today my aunt ordered my usual drink and got one for my boyfriend that was the same drink. It was an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream, so it’s a very sweet drink. However, my boyfriend’s drink came out darker and I tasted it and it was really bitter compared to my drink. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal, but my aunt did pay 7 dollars for that drink so it was only fair to have it remade. When my boyfriend came in and asked for it to be remade, one of baristas rolled her eyes at him. I just thought that was very rude and uncalled for to have an attitude like that. I understand we have our days and cant be in a good mood all of the time, but it’s not fair to take it out on some random customer and it’s sad that one of my favorite places and the Starbucks we fund and go to all the time woukd disrespect us like that.

Very disappointed. I love this place and it is always my go to location. Love them there but we got salted caramel cold brews which we always get and the coffee was sour. Something is way off didn’t get to try it till we were away from the store. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
