I visit this Starbucks regularly because it is convenient and has a drive-through, but the experience is consistently disappointing. On at several occasions, I have placed orders that either come out wrong or your points aren’t applied. On other occasions I’ve ordered Pike Place roast.I’m told it was available, and then arrived at the window only to be informed that it was not. My most recent visit followed the same pattern. When I asked what medium roasts were available instead, the employee could not give me more than one option. She told me to come inside to review the options twice. I explained that I had chosen the drive-through specifically because I did not want to come inside. She turned away, mumbled something under her breath, and abruptly closed the window. I left without making a purchase. My concern is not with one employee. When the same issues occur repeatedly and many local customers report similar experiences, the problem often runs deeper than any individual interaction. It points to leadership, training, communication, and workplace culture. Every customer and employee is dealing with something in their personal lives. Respect and professionalism matter on both sides of the counter. Starbucks owes its employees the training and support necessary to succeed, and customers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy in return. This location would benefit from a closer look at the culture being created and the customer experience being delivered.

Baristas are rude and have an attitude problem....act like their bad service is your fault. Ma'am, if serving coffee is too stressful for you, there are plenty of other jobs available! Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm not from the area and the only reason I was nn the area is because my son had a wrestling tournament at old bridge high. During the matches I became hungry so I left my son at hisstxhed to get some food real quick. While I was out, my car broke down and didn't have a clue what was wrong. I had to bring my son from the high school to me in an Uber. Thank God I had triple A since I was really far from home. My tow truck wouldn't arrive until 5 in the afternoon and my car broke down around 12. We were sitting for hours in my broken down car without being able to use the A/C so I told my son let's go to Starbucks to charge our phones and get water and food. When I walked in I was immediately met with unwelcoming faces from the whole staff I didn't have a clue since I never met any of them. I tell my son to sit I'll order something. The staff then completely ignored me while I tried to order. One staff member kept looking at me and telling stuff to the other coworkers and they all kept looking at me afterwards and that's when I heard the staff member that was about to leave saying that I worked for ICE. The employees from this store were labeling me as an ice agent meanwhile I don't have any connections or affiliations to them. That's defaming and as you can see my service was horrible because of rumors the employees rather pass then to actually work. I would def give this store no stores for passing around. Fake information on people and treating people that are already going through a hard time with a harder time. Awfully customer service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
