I came into Starbucks this morning to buy coffee and a Cheese Danish Susie Served My Friend and I and was very RUDE and DISTASTEFUL about how she served me. I was asking questions and also trying to split the payment was very disrespectful when I was ordering & I forgot to order my cheese danish. Asked me “ Well What were you trying to ask me ? & made a face at me” I don’t think this Old Woman should be working for A Starbucks Establishment if she’s not going to be kind & courteous to EVERYONE. My coworker also noticed how short she was being with me. I called after for a Follow Up and Elliot was very nice & apologetic on Susie’ss behalf of being rude and disrespectful. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped by yesterday with the intention of ordering anything BUT what I usually order at Starbucks. Never been to this location before, but it was delightful. All of the baristas behind the counter were so pleasant and friendly. I mentioned that I'd never actually tried a Pumpkin Spice Latte before and the person who took my order joked with the guy making it "It's her first one, so make it great!" He did. Now I know what the big PSL deal is all about. Delicious. The store was clean, organized and just a step above some of the other SBs I've visited lately. Excellent experience!
