This Starbucks is one of the busiest locations I’ve seen. They do a great job handling the huge amount of people coming through. Be patient! Be Kind! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while!! There were three employees making drinks and taking drive-thru orders and at least THREE of them clearly saw me standing at the counter multiple times, but didn’t say a word. One employee was going on break so that’s fine, he’s off the clock and I completely understand being busy, but basic customer acknowledgment of “we’ll be right with you” shouldn’t be skipped. It shouldn’t take that long just to be greeted. After about five minutes of standing there and getting multiple looks with no response, another employee finally came out from the back after 3 more customers came in and stood behind me. Super disappointing and so glad this is not one of my local store! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My go-to drink is a Venti Americano with less water and 4 espresso shots. Lately, it’s been consistently weak and flavorless—more like regular brewed coffee than a strong Americano. This has happened multiple times across different Starbucks locations. The staff is always kind, but something seems off—either the recipe has changed or the drink isn’t being made correctly. It’s been disappointing. The other drinks have been fine—only the Americano has been an issue. A sad Coffe Lover Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
