Barrista refused to wash her hands after being viewed touching her face and phone. She was rude and had a nasty attitude as well as the manager. Just nasty Service: 1

I went to this Starbucks on a whim. Its located in the harris teeter. Two young ladies were working. On my app there was a matcha strawberry frappe that looked amazing. I asked the young ladie could I please have this made? She looked up to the challenge. I went to pay with the app but unfortunately she said she was not able to scan the bar code for the app. I ran back out to my car to get the debit card and by the time I came back and paid she was just about ready with my drink. I could kick myself the one time I didnt take a picture. It was absolutely gorgeous and delicious like when you see an advertisement for food/beverage you always hope it looks like the picture but it never quite does.... well she nailed it and then some!!! Will definitely be stopping by this starbucks when im on this side of town!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
