Today I went to pick up a Starbucks order that my mom had placed. When I got to the drive-thru, I told the employee I was there for an order under my mom's name. The employee seemed confused and asked me to wait while she checked. After a short wait, she told me to pull into a parking spot and wait for a notification that the order was ready. About two minutes later, my mom received the notification, so I returned to the drive-thru and let them know. The employee sounded annoyed and told me to pull forward to the window. When I got there, I waited several seconds before a barista came over. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. She simply handed me the drinks and said, "Here are your drinks" in a rude tone. She then handed me the food bag and a straw without saying anything else before immediately walking away. I understand that employees can be busy, but I was disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. A simple greeting, thank you, or "have a good day" would have gone a long way. The interaction felt unfriendly and unprofessional, which is not the level of service I expect when picking up an order. Service: 1

Every time I come to this exact location my drinks have been horrible and customizations aren’t done correctly Staff are always very dismissive as well! Will not be back to spend anymore of my hard earned money. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Extremely rude staff. I paid over $8 for a drink and the barista made it wrong. She made an excuse that’s how the drink is. I’ve had this drink many times and it’s never tasted or looked this bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
