I have been to this branch twice and each time the same male staff (short guy)always get my order wrong. I always order double chocolate chip frappucino but he makes it coffee based. The first time, he was even instructed by his colleague that it’s creme-based. Earlier he made it coffee-based again and when i called his attention he told me I should have asked for creme-based. I tried to jog his memory and told him that the last time he also got my order wrong. He prepared another one but i got the feeling he was pissed and just handed me the drink. Will definitely not go back to this store. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Extremely grateful to the manager and staff at this location. My son and friends were attacked a block away by teens in masks and ran inside for help. Once staff realized they were in trouble they assisted until authorities arrived! Thank you for not kicking my son and his friends outside, where they would have been further assaulted! Really appreciate it! Not all establishments would have helped a group of kids! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
