I want to preface this by saying I am an avid coffee drinker, and order from Starbucks several times a week. I started a new job which requires me to drive past this Starbucks now every morning so I’ve been ordering from here 4 times a week. I had no issues until last week, where they did not mix my drink and there was no coffee in it. I let it go, drank it anyways and didn’t say anything. However, this morning I get my drink again and taste it and not only is there no coffee in my drink, the extra flavor I always get is not in it either. It is just milk and cream, that basically tastes like water at this point since there’s no coffee. And before you ask how I know, I order a quad shot drink every day and have never had an issue tasting the coffee in my drink. I am highly disappointed in the quality of drinks at this Starbucks location and will not be ordering from here any longer.

Mother’s Day around 2:30. Waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes for a watered down drink. Worst Starbucks experience ever. They didn’t even look that busy inside. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
