This was by far one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. I pulled into the drive-thru and was immediately met by a barista who sounded like she didn’t want to take my order. Before answering me, she had been laughing and chatting with a coworker, but the moment I spoke it felt like I was inconveniencing her. When I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted with a smile or even a simple “hello.” She looked irritated the entire time, avoided any friendly interaction, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. We then waited nearly 10 minutes for only two drinks. To make matters worse, my order was made incorrectly. I ordered a tea but was given a coffee. When I returned to have it corrected, before I could even explain the issue, the barista immediately said she couldn’t take the drink back, even though I hadn’t asked her to. I tried to ask if she needed the sticker from the cup, but she walked away before I could finish speaking. A few minutes later she came back with the correct drink, but shoved it out the drive-thru window so aggressively that it spilled out of the top. I simply told her that her attitude was disappointing and that I hoped she had a better day. Her response was, “Yup, bye,” followed by slamming the drive-thru window shut. Everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn’t be treated with hostility for simply ordering a drink. I hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service at this location, because this experience was unacceptable. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked into Starbucks and honestly, it felt like the staff couldn’t care less if customers even existed. Zero energy, zero urgency, zero respect. It’s like everyone there is completely checked out and just going through the motions. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing — just attitude. Orders take forever, and when you finally get your drink, it feels like you’re bothering them for doing their job. The place itself felt messy and uninviting, which just adds to the whole “we don’t give a damn” vibe. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, they seriously need a wake-up call. There are plenty of coffee spots that actually value customers — this one clearly doesn’t. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being ignored and overpaying for it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Paid almost 6 bucks for that little pile a greasy crap. Brought my own syrup from McDonalds because stupid Starbucks doesn't carry pancake syrup. Burger King doesn't sell pancakes either but they carry pancake syrup for other things. Make a note of it Food: 1
