I have visited the Starbucks located in front of Albaik twice consecutively, and both times when we asked for orange juice, the staff told us that the machine was not working. Our concern is simple: why is the orange juice machine always not functional? If this is a regular issue, it should be fixed or replaced. Customers expect basic items to be available, especially at a well‑known brand like Starbucks. The staff were polite, but the repeated unavailability of orange juice is disappointing. I hope management resolves this issue. Very bad experience. Meal type: Other

Wonderful staff and good choice of items on the menu. Staff are always so happy to help you. Lovely atmosphere to sit outside with friends. Five star service. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am not a Starbuck fan but I seriously enjoy ordering it from Saeed. He is an amazing guy! Connect well with customers. And open conversations that makes the experience a whole lot better. This branch is lucky to have such employee Service: 5
