This Starbucks made my day. I don’t usually make my birthday a big deal but I do like to get my birthday drink. Whoever made my drink wrote happy birthday queen and I hadn’t notice at first until I was walking out but I had a huge smile on my face. Thank you so much for such a small gesture but it was as greatly appreciated. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bought a coffee and muffin Friday morning. Half way through the coffee it tasted bad. Threw it away few hours later was making multiple bathroom runs which carried over to the next day, I feel miserable. Not sure if something that day was outdated but my stomach for sure is not happy

I love Starbucks and spend a lot of money there, but this location just isn’t it. The convenience is the only reason I still go since it’s literally right behind my house. I always order through the app because I have social anxiety and my drinks usually have a lot of modifications. I place the order while I’m driving over, and since I live less than a mile away, sometimes I arrive a few minutes early. Every single time, the staff at the window make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them for simply picking up a mobile order. I genuinely don’t understand the difference between me saying, “Hi, I’m picking up for” versus ordering the exact same complicated drink at the speaker. Either way, the drink still has to be made. I’ve lived in this town my whole life, and unfortunately this location reflects the poor customer service that’s become way too common around here. Love Starbucks, but this location seriously needs work. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
