This place is just a disaster. I’m guilty of allowing this incompetence to succeed because I go here semi regularly since you can use campus balance. But that doesn’t mean I think it’s a well run establishment, quite the opposite. It regularly if not the majority of the time will take 30 minutes+ to get an order ready. If you want even a small hope of an order being ready at a reasonable time after you arrive I recommend sending in your order when you get out of the shower or at the very least before you leave to go to campus. It usually has around 4 employees at peak hours but can be only 1 or 2 most of the day. Even with 4 people half of them are usually standing around not doing anything, even when they are swamped with orders and people are crowded around the pickup counter, no one there acts like they care or like theres any need to do anything at more than a snails pace. They often mess up orders, sometimes they forget about you and finish tons of peoples orders who got there up to 15 minutes after you did before realizing your order exists. Most days it is a very disorganized mess. They need more staff, better staff, and maybe a manager or somone who is competent and can keep the employees on track, instead of standing around talking, joking, or on their phones while not doing anything Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

this is consistently the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. all of the employees are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. the morning managers are great but everyone else is rude and seems like they don't even know how to do their job. they never get the orders right. they're mean when you (politely) ask for them to fix it. they also routinely close 30 minutes early and let you wait in line for like 20 minutes before saying anything, even though they should still be open. I unfortunately have to come here often since it's the only place on campus to get coffee, and I can probably count on one hand the amount of pleasant or even normal experiences I've had here (all of which are with the morning managers).
